Founded in 2010 by a British Airways Pilot and an Air Traffic Controller, RB group.aero was originally a hobby project, created to try and help airline crew access their flying schedules more efficiently. In 2012, their vision was brought to life through the creation of the RosterBuster app.

11 years later RB group.aero has become part of the CAE family as Crew Engagement Solutions. We run international offices in Europe and India. We are a dedicated and growing team of aviation and tech experts. We focus on bringing airlines and airline crew together through better communication and connectivity.
