Werkzaamheden

🚀 What You’ll Do

🔧 Operations Support

• Support the Amsterdam Operations & Resource Management team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring requests are effectively allocated to the right professionals.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Leadership to optimize processes and resource alignment.
• Assist with planning, system management, and improving operational workflows.

📊 Resource Management & Analytics

• Monitor and manage EMEA resource requests while maintaining the RMP planning system (Edelman owned system).
• Contribute to the enhancement and integration of RMP planning tools into a regional framework.
• Help optimize the Skills mapping tool, tracking and analyzing internal skills across EMEA.
• Analyze capacity and performance data using Power BI to identify trends and opportunities.

⚙️ Process Improvement

• Define and implement projects to improve quality, standardization, and consistency across teams.
• Work with Edelman’s digital planning systems to ensure efficient time allocation within projects.
• Address ad-hoc requests with creativity, agility, and problem-solving.

• Proficient in Dutch and English.
• Currently pursuing an HBO/WO degree in Business.
• Seeking an internship focused on achieving learning goals rather than conducting a research project (thesis). 
• Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn.
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and solution-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel.
• Available for 5-6 months, 32-40 hours per week. Starting September 1st.
