Eager to learn, flexible and crazy about new technologies? Are you following a study in the area of ICT? And would you like to do an internship in an international environment? Then we are looking for you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing hardware and software installations to end-users
• Apply OS images on desktops and laptops
• Provide support in diagnosing hardware and software issues and troubleshooting activities
• Assist in hardware and software inventory management
• Handle periodic maintenance of hardware and software
• Troubleshoot equipment such as printers and scanners and other peripherals
• Provide users with ongoing assistance in their IT related problems
• Handle infrastructure administration activities such as server and storage capacity handling and directory services management

Required knowledge:

• Computer imaging (Acronis Tue Image, WinPE etc.)
• Windows/Office installation and configuration
• Hardware/software troubleshooting
• Printers/scanners troubleshooting
• Active Directory administration
• Server management
• Backup processes (hosted or cloud based)
• Understanding of network topologies, TCP/IP
• IOS/Android etc. knowledge
• Fluent in English
