We are a young, entrepreneurial and fast-growing company. Our office and warehouse are located in The Netherlands. We are importers and distributors of organic, natural, and functional ingredients. Our customers are manufacturers of finished organic and natural products, retailers, chocolatiers, and companies that want to add great health-giving properties to their products and to improve the well-being of their customers We do business in a way that creates a fairer, more transparent, and sustainable system of agricultural products that directly benefits the farmers living conditions and their communities. We are looking for skilled and talented interns who can help us developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and our products and services. Our strategy requires a culture of working together and permanent learning and customer excellence and bringing to our customers top-quality products.
If you are a natural relationship builder with customers and you are passionate about sales and international business, then this might be the right opportunity for you! Within this internship, you will get hands-on experience via interacting with the customers selling our products by phone seeking to expand our business network you will learn a lot about international business, incoterms, logistics, customs, sales etc.
Werkzaamheden
- Inside calls to current customers/potential new customers
- Make sales quotes, order confirmations, follow-up your orders
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Gewenste profiel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are at least a third year HBO/WO BSc s (Your study covers International business, Customer Service or Economy)
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- You are fluentt in English, Dutch
- You can work from home
- Proficient with HTML and web design
- You are available for 6 months minimum.
- Flexible: You are used to work in dynamic environments/manage your own timeframe and ensure sales target are completed.
- Problem solver: Your analytical skills and creativity are well developed in order to come up with realistic solutions.
- You are Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- You are native or fluent in Italian or German or other EU countries languages
