Werkzaamheden

The job

As a Recruitment and Employer Branding Intern, you ensure an attractive (online) positioning of dit bedrijf as an employer. Thanks to your initiatives, dit bedrijf is known as an appealing employer and future employees know exactly where to find dit bedrijf. In this internship, you continue to spread the dit bedrijf name. You will also be involved in the hiring process. You are part of the People & Culture department and you report to the People & Culture Manager. You liaise with our Recruiters, but also with the Operations, Tech, and Marketing departments.

You’ll be responsible for recruiting our interns and other open positions within dit bedrijf. You draw up a market communication plan to translate our employer values into (online) recruitment expressions. This ensures good online and offline visibility of dit bedrijf on the labour market.

Some of your tasks:

• You manage our career site, additional job boards, and our social media channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram;
• You analyse the effectiveness of our (online) recruitment communications and make adjustments where necessary. This ensures the right mix of recruitment resources;
• You also support the Recruiters in drafting recruiting vacancy texts and you provide other content to share with the labour market;
• You will hire all our interns and support the recruiters in the recruitment for other dit bedrijf roles.

Together with Jacqueline (Recruiter), Anouk (P&C Manager) and the P&C team you will make the growth of dit bedrijf possible, one vacancy at a time. We have your perfect spot if you:

• Are a 2rd of 3th year Student at HBO/WO level and on the lookout for a full-time internship of 5-6 months, starting in February;
• Study in the direction of Communication, (Online) Marketing, Business, or HR;
• Have a deep interest in, or demonstrable work experience in, Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding or HR;
• Have an ambition for, or experience in, (international) labour market communication;
• Have knowledge of online/digital recruitment tools (including social media and websites);
• Have spoken and written skills in Dutch and English.
