We are looking for a dit bedrijf Europe Intern that will support our Impact Management programs. This role will report directly to the SDG Programme Manager. This position is for someone who loves to learn and take ownership & responsibilities in a vibrant and talented way, in a pioneering and inclusive organization.

A key element of dit bedrijf Theory Of Change is that the private sector would contribute to an equitable and inclusive society by assessing and managing its impact, using Business As a Force For Good to generate value to all its stakeholders. In order to trigger the necessary behavioral and cultural changes for this to happen, dit bedrijf has developed a range of impact management activities to guide companies in this journey. Today dit bedrijf Europe is seeking to enrich and restructure its offering, building up on its impact management tool success with more than 100k users worldwide already, to accelerate the change and address potential gaps in the market. This is being done by mapping out all existing offers, setting a platform to share Best Practices between country entities, and collecting the needs of companies in terms of impact management, in particular Large Enterprises / Multinational

Werkzaamheden

Impact Management offers

• Conduct both internal and external research through polls / interviews / documentation on existing programmatic offers to support companies to assess and manage their impact
• Support in arranging logistics and content preparation for the dedicated Impact Management monthly circle for best practice sharing between Country Partners
• Capitalise the study and useful resources collected in the internal knowledge base
• Support in defining and building out report piece evidence of the impact generated by the offers
• Coordinate potential internal and external partners for the creation of impact improvement workshops on punctual basis
• Support the implementation of specific impact management programmes as needed, at European or Country level, such as B Corp Way or other
• Market analysis for Large Enterprise / Multinationals
• Support in a newly launched market analysis to better understand impact management behavior of large enterprise / multinationals
• Consolidate results from a survey to be launched early October
• Coordinate with Country Partners to identify and collect user feedbacks on impact management tools
• Conduct user interviews / workshops
• Conduct complementary external research

Gewenste profiel

• Interest in using this opportunity to enter the sustainability sector, whether from a prior academical background or from a different life experience
• Coordination and project management skills
• Comfortable conducting research

• High energy, self-managing, entrepreneurial personality capable of working in an agile environment
• Team player and keen communicator who enjoys a varied range of tasks and is comfortable with a degree of autonomy in how to organize their work

• Keen to learn how to work with Salesforce, Tableau and other tech-software
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and highly adaptable to changing work setting
• Flexible and positive demeanor; willingness to lead by example
• Fluent spoken and written English; other European languages are an advantage
