Werkzaamheden

Your responsibilities;

• Processing of all international customer orders and inquiries via phone, email and chat
• Advising customers in cooperation with our expert services
• First-level after-sales support - you advise and support our international customers by phone or email
• Deciding independently on initiating returns, exchange of items, credit notes
• Speaking on behalf of our customers to represent their concerns and interests
• Ensuring smooth handling of the services we provide
• Working in close cooperation with our expert's services and workshops
• Contributing to the continual optimization of the services we provide
• Helping to set up our Christmas Pop Up store as your project

Gewenste profiel

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English; another foreign language would be an advantage
• HBO or University, prefereably in Communication, Design or Business
• Experience in customer support and advice is a plus
• Highly proactive, committed, goal-orientated and a team player
