Dit bedrijf offers challenging jobs in a young & ambitious English-speaking team. We are an employment agency for the hospitality sector. For this job you will be managing our external staff which we supply to 5-star hotels. You will be trained by the owners/partners of the company, who are motivational and can help you grow.

At any time during the year you can start/stop. The internship period is not fixed.

Werkzaamheden

• Final interview with new pre-filtered candidates (found by the recruitment department)

• Welcoming & onboarding of new employees

• Controlling proper behavior of employees on daily basis.

• Daily contact with employees about hours/offdays/salaries/housing/immigration.

• Relationship management with hotel managers (our clients) on various HR issues. EIther by phone or on-site at the various hotels

• Coordinate with our recruitment department for new job descriptions and demand changes.

• Firing & offboarding of employees

• Ensure the HR database is always up to date.

• Keep track of hours/offdays/salaries/housing/immigration of all employees.

• Manage bicycles and vehicles for employees.

• Manage a portfolio of rental properties for employees.

• Assist management with any other tasks.
