As an intern you will contribute to developing, planning and perhaps even providing trainings within PageGroup for the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Sweden.
Werkzaamheden

Reports to the Head of Talent Development

Supported regions: Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden and Luxembourg.

Actively support a team of 3 senior Talent Development professionals.

Supports the logistic of all trainings in the Northern Europe region
-
Contribute to the development of different learning interventions and materials, such as the development and enhancement of training programs.

Liaise with operational managers and Directors in the business to ensure participants’ professional development

In charge of maintaining the Northern Europe Talent Development database

In charge of the recruitment of new interns and their successful onboarding.
