Werkzaamheden

As a Customer Success & Operations Intern, you will be helping on key operational tasks which are crucial to the company’s success. The tasks range from from chasing the perfect orderflow and at the same time always looking to optimize internal processes to helping with customer support. This role is at the heart of what the company does and will allow the ideal candidate to learn about how to roll out efficient and scalable operational processes at a rapidly scaling start-up.

As a Customer Success & Operations Intern, your role will be hugely varied and exciting, working across a wide range of projects and initiatives. You’ll be answering inbound phone calls to manage issues that come up, you'll provide support regarding the use of the platform and you'll be monitoring all active shipments. This is a great opportunity for a soon to be graduate with an entrepreneurial spirit and an analytical mind, who wants to gain valuable experience and exposure at an exciting start-up.
