Werkzaamheden

#About the role

-Give support in identifying and sourcing outbound leads (job vacancies) through multiple channels

- Give support in reaching out to companies in The Netherlands to explain the value proposition of dit bedrijf as a partner for Hiring digital talent and organize employer branding events

- Follow up with partners and students on the recruitment processes

- Assist in campus operations such as student access, local communications with student activities.

- Identify and source the most relevant partnerships for community-building and branding

- You believe in the importance and potential of digital ecosystems and digital talent

- You are interested in understanding the recruitment challenges around Digital job opportunities in Help desk, Web development, Data Analytics, UX-UI and Cybersecurity. 

- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs challenges 

- Tech-savy, you follow tech industry trends locally and internationally 

- You are passionate about creating relationships with companies 

- You are extremely organized and take an analytical approach to solve problems - The moment you get out of bed, you’re getting stuff done 100% do-er attitude - Strong communication skills 

- You enjoy community building and love connecting people

- Fluent in English
