Coordinates the backoffice work for sales area.
Sales administration is an important part of the customer management process. In this position you will work with the Key Account Manager and support him/her in order management, filing, tendering procedures and other processing activities with the aim of always and comprehensively satisfying the customer.
The Sales Administrator is responsible for and must ensure that:
All administrative responsibilities are taken care of regarding the sales activities of dit bedrijf
Support the Sales Department in general financial tasks like order administration and creditors
General administration relating customer's support
Assisting the Director of Sales and Key Account Manager(s)
Work is done within set standards of efficiency, productivity and quality
Work is done according to ARBO, IFS, hygienic and safety standards and internal procedures
Language skills: Dutch and English (B2 / C1)
Preferable a further language like German, French or Spanish.
Advanced technical college entrance qualification or general university entrance qualification
