Nord Anglia International School Rotterdam is looking for an IT Support intern to start on October 2022.  \ As our IT Support Intern, you will learn about being part of the Service Desk and being the point of contact for employees with IT related issues or requests. You will support the IT department in handling those incidents. Next to this, you are going to learn the inner workings of the IT department, which includes infrastructure, cyber security, hardware and software management.

Werkzaamheden

• First-line support for incidents and requests;

• Support on installing and maintaining hardware and software systems;

• Assist in on- and offboarding employees on ICT equipment and authorization;

• Assist with setting up PCs, printers, laptops, scanners, and other peripherals;

• Help create and maintain the user guides and documentation;

• Monitor the various cloud solutions to ensure maximum up-time.

Gewenste profiel

• You have a keen interest in IT and want to gain more experience within this field;

• You have some experience with the installation of Enterprise Desktops (Windows 10, Mac OSX) and related software packages (i.e. Zoom, Adobe, Office 365) ;

• You are ready to improve your data analytics, reporting, and database (SQL) skills ;

• You have good written and oral communication skills in English
