Located in Amsterdam and part of the Supply Chain organization, intern will work in Master Data within the Global Supply Chain team and will report to Associate Director, Supply Chain. The assignment will ideally last for a one year period with the flexibility to be on a full or part time basis.

Although it is anticipated that the incumbent will primarily support Master Data, they may also have the opportunity to be involved in other Supply Chain departments – Contract Manufacturing, Packaging\&Labeling, Launch Excellence and Customer Operations groups, also located in the Netherlands.

Werkzaamheden

• Support all requirements to ensure accurate, timely and compliant master data creation, maintenance and related activities.

• Work directly with internal customers to ensure data requests are complete and comply with standards.

• Data gathering & understanding the issues, Master Data gap analysis.

• Participate in master data health checks to ensure that required master data across systems are accurate, complete, up-to-date and available.

• Propose process efficiency improvements in execution of work, automation opportunity.

Gewenste profiel

• Following education preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Manufacturing Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science related field.

• Have the aspiration to gain knowledge of SAP S4 Hana and various elements of a Supply Chain.

• Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, open-minded, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels across the organization, work successfully and calmly in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

• Action orientated, pro-active and solution driven. Critical thinking skills.

• Passion for working in master data management.

• Self-motivated, flexible, ability to handle repetitive work with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Quick learner, planning, prioritization and follow up skills.

• Fluent in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills).

• Enjoys working in an international team.

• Customer focused and high level of integrity. Open and transparent.

• Technical system skills (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, databases, online research) including submission-ready formatting.
