The general profile of this role is listed but not limited to:

• Events: project management/external communication, planning physical & digital events

• Creating and updating customers and B2B communication tools

• Community management (social media posting & planning)

• Lead automation/lead nurturing

• Support team/RMM through including scheduling, reminders, follow up emails

• Day-to-day operations, like scheduling, reminders, follow up emails, ordering brand material

• Translation and creation of monthly newsletters

• Studying Marketing and/or Communication.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English. French or any language spoken in the Nordics is a plus.

• Good interpersonal skills, as well as adaptability and analytical skills are necessary qualities.

• You are familiar with the Adobe Suite and DTP tools.

• You are organized and autonomous.

Werkzaamheden

Marketing Support (32h a week)

• Support with expanding in the Nordics

• Translations invitations, (welcome and comms) webinar, etc.

• Follow-up speakers, events, podcasts, interviews, etc.

• Seal Visibility Scan

• Social media planning

• Work with our numbers

• Follow-up requests/problems portal and webshop

• LinkedIn planning and setting up campaigns

• Checking logo slides, PR names, etc.
