Werkzaamheden
You will work with the Partners of dit bedrijf, supporting them in creating documents and reports, including research on trends and best practices on various topics.
We offer consulting at personal level (1-1 coaching), team level and organizational level. We will primarily involve you in projects at the team and organizational level. What does this mean?
Organizational level interventions are about diagnosing, designing and implementing approaches for leadership, talent and organizational development. For example, you will support projects on: People Strategy and Strategic Workforce planning, Employee Experience, Organization Readiness/Capability Assessment, Organization Design and Cultural Change, reshaping mindsets and behaviors through people-centered change management.
Team-level interventions deal with developing and facilitating team effectiveness interventions/ workshops/ programs, including helping new leaders to become part of their team. As follows, we help clients in their awareness of underlying team dynamics to increase effectiveness.
Wat bieden wij
At dit bedrijf, you work mainly virtual. Your dit bedrijf colleagues work from different locations (home, client locations and different countries) and the head office is in Switzerland. Therefore, it is important to be comfortable with this way of working. Even though the work is mainly virtual, you will be part of a close team for six months, and they support you!
As of the international focus of dit bedrijf, professional English is a must!
We are looking for someone who is proactive, has a positive attitude and has an eye for the details. Foremost, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and eager to learn.
