Taakomschrijving

We are seeking a People Analytics Intern to join our HR team with a focus on supporting Talent Management initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in programming and an interest in leveraging data to drive HR decisions. The intern will play a crucial role in analyzing performance review data, supporting HR systems, and contributing to projects that enhance our talent management strategies.

Werkzaamheden

-          Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance review data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in talent management. 

-          Support the migration of performance review data from current HR local systems (and offline processes) to a unified HR system based in SAP, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the transition. Part of it includes consolidating data in excel and preparing it for migration to the new system. 

-          Collaborate with the HR team to develop and refine analytics models that predict, improve, and measure the success of talent management initiatives. 

-          Participate in projects aimed at optimizing employee engagement, retention, and performance. 

-          Contribute to the development of data-driven recommendations for HR policies and practices. 

-          Help create visualizations and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.

Gewenste profiel

-          Strong programming skills, with proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Python, R, SQL, or similar languages. 

-          Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

-          Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. 

-            A proactive approach to learning and a genuine interest in the application of analytics within the HR domain. 

-          Familiarity with HR systems and software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus. 

-          You can speak English fluently

-          Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

You will be working form our beautiful office in Amsterdam. You can also work from home half the time. We will apply an internship allowance of 450 euros gross per month.
