Taakomschrijving

The research question would be: ‘How to communicate our Customer Satisfaction (survey) results and improvement actions (periodically) to our customers?’

Werkzaamheden

  • Desk research on how other companies do this (best practices);
  • Check the as is in multiple SE countries (within the CS&Q community) and evaluate the pros and cons of communicating the results and/or improvement actions;
  • Desk research to which customer type this should suit best (QBR’s, one pagers, sales propositions, social media, etc.);
  • Analyze the survey results for this type of customer;
  • Propose a communication plan (and prepare the communication in English) – proposal on how to inform the internal organization as well;
  • Check with at least 3 customers and 3 SE account owners how they think about the communication plan.
