Werkzaamheden

What we are looking for:  

As our UX and Digital Design Intern, you’ll be involved with a range of projects ranging from concepting, wireframing, UI design, UX design to visual design depending on your skillset and goals. We’re looking for someone who can create user-centric digital experiences and services, someone who enjoys  designing smart and simple solutions for the real world. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, a passion for design user experience, and an enthusiasm to learn.

Gewenste profiel

Qualifications:

• A portfolio showcasing your ability to craft beautiful, well-considered design solutions, as well the ideas, processes and creative thinking that led to them.
• A positive can-do attitude with a keen enthusiasm for learning and improvement.
• You’re comfortable designing for digital applications, from websites to apps, translating research, user journeys, and wireframes to finished design
• A proficient user of digital design tools (such as Adobe XD or Sketch or figma).
• Ability to generate interactive interface prototypes (Using tools such as Invision, adobe xd or figma).
• Able to think in workflows and construct interface wireframes.
• Ability to create compelling proposals and interfaces
• Knowledge of basic design research methods.
• You’re able to sketch and iterate quickly, come up with refreshing and innovative concepts, and communicate your ideas
• Ability to map user journeys and capture them as compelling & understandable visuals.
• Ability to communicate in English (additional languages would be a bonus).
• Knowledge of Design systems and Design toolkits
• Pursuing a degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Communication & Multimedia Design or similar.

What you need to succeed in this role:  

• To qualify for an internship position at dit bedrijf you must be enrolled at a registered University/ HBO with a specialization in Design
• This internship role is an experience internship, however we are also open to those seeking to work on a final thesis project.
• You’re available for a minimum of 3 - 6 months; a longer internship is preferable
• We are open to EU and non EU residents
• An open mindset and build measure learn mentality.
