Werkzaamheden

The role

We are looking for an Intern to join our Customer Success team for an exciting and developing experience for the autumn semester in our Amsterdam office. As an Intern at dit bedrijf, you will become a vital part of our Customer Success team and support the team with implementations and customer relations.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Customer Success team with implementations in the Netherlands
• Assisting with flexible services ( e.g. advising customers who require functional changes to the installed design solutions)
• Supporting customer relations via site visits, online check-ins etc.
• Helping CS Project Implementation Managers with daily tasks

You will also be expected to:

• Manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
• Identify improvements in our ways of working

Gewenste profiel

About you:

You are ideally in your last year of Bachelor or Master studies with a background in interior design, spatial design or furniture design.

You are willing to work in a startup with a fast-paced environment and use your problem-solving skills when facing challenges. In addition, we value the following qualifications and competencies:

• A can-do mentality and proactive approach to tasks
• Attention to the finest of details
• Excellent communication skills
• Persistence and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in an organized and structured manner, consistently meeting deadlines
• High proficiency in English & Dutch, both verbally and in writing, is a requirement for this position
• Interest in office space design and circular business models
• While previous experience is not required, any prior experience will be considered an advantage
