dit bedrijf allows it's customer to offer their teams top notch employee benefits through the dit bedrijf mobile app. Our customer base is growing at a rapid pace and we are now looking for a Customer Success intern to support our team. In this role, you will support our Customer Success team, assisting with daily operations and managing customer implementations.

Werkzaamheden

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Support the Customer Success team with the implementation and onboarding of new customers on the dit bedrijf platform
• Help to prep for important evaluation meetings
• Work with different teams to communicate new features to our customers
• Support the Customer Success team
• Other tasks you would like to be involved in.

Gewenste profiel

It’ll be a great fit for you if you…

• are currently enrolled in an applied science university (HBO) or university (WO)
• are able to do a work internship (a research internship is not possible, unfortunately)
• are tech-savvy
• are fluent in Dutch & English, verbal and written
• are interested in the topics of health & wellbeing at work
• are available at 32-40 hours per week
• are based in the Netherlands
• want to be part of a fast-growing startup.
