THE ROLE

The Region HQ Finance Team is looking for an internship who can support various finance related operations.  Part of the scope of work can be to support on Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Treasury and/or Fixed Assets. Beside the support on the daily finance operations, we will provide the possibility to work on specific tasks/projects which are required from an educational side.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• The Finance intern is part of the Finance team located in Delft. The team is a mix of financial experts working in different positions.
• Daily finance activities are:
• Process daily incoming invoices and expense declarations in a timely and accurate way;
• Direct contact towards suppliers;
• Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls;
• Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions;
• Supporting with month end, quarterly end and yearly closing;
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends;
• Perform general supporting tasks during interim and statutory audits.

PROFILE

• We are looking for candidate with:
• HBO level preferably with an education in the area of Finance/Economics
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred
• Dutch and English language proficiency is required
