Job description

As an Office manager intern you can practice and learn how to become the business card of a head office and partly being responsible for checking and assessing office management related matters. In this role you report into our HR & Office coordinator.

Werkzaamheden

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all guests at your desk in the reception
• Agenda management and email handling in Outlook
• Answering the phone in the reception and dealing with several enquirers on the phone
• Ensure the entire office look tidy and appealing at all times
• Assisting in HQ facility related matters or other support where necessary 
• Post processing and shipping 
• Ordering stationery on request.

Gewenste profiel

Qualifications

• MBO/ HBO education preferably in Office Management or Facility Management 
• You have a service minded attitude, problem solving and proactive mentality and ability to multi task
• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good command on both Dutch and English (Must have).
