Werkzaamheden

• Work in the CRM platform we use, Salesforce (training will be made available to you).
• Be responsible for archiving, merging, correcting and enriching contact records in Salesforce.
• Use your analytical skills to understand the complex business structure of contact records and provide recommendations to management about changes in the business process
• Work with the KRM team on the Salesforce reports for functional business groups
• Check the quality of contact records and recommend actions to resolve issues
• Work with the team on documenting targets on data governance as it relates to contact records.

• You understand the importance of good quality of data to business decision making
• You can analyze large sets of data relatively quickly
• You enjoy both working in a team as well as independently when you are provided direction
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications or a related field.
• Strong research and analysis skills.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible with ability to multi-task
• Precise and accurate
