We offer the world's first performance oriented mobile application platform that allows companies to develop and deploy their own mobile applications, with no technical background needed. We offer ready-to-run solutions for consumers and enterprises alike. Our management tools and premium services empower businesses worldwide to further advance their marketing strategy, creating a unique connection between their apps and their customers and boost engagement and retention. Our clients include BMW, Groupama, Vodafone, WSI and many more around the world. We recently developed a double screen application to enhance TV viewers’ experience while watching TV shows. Viewers are able to vote, comment and interact directly through our application with their favorite TV shows, as well as get premium and exclusive content. We want to launch this new product to in the US and in Europe.

To accompany our growth in Germany and Austria, we are looking for a German native-speaker intern with a marketing or business background, motivated to work in an energetic start-up environment for 6 to 12 months in Bucharest. You will be entrusted with the entire client development and sales for the German market: you will be in charge of the whole sales process from prospection to negotiating and closing deals. You will report directly to the CEO and have lots of freedom and opportunities to seize. This internship is a careerbooster!

Main Responsibilities:

Reach out to interested customers (who signed up on our platform) to follow-up on their requests Perform product demos and commercial presentations to convert them into clients Reach out to potential clients through direct prospection (phone, email, referrals, social media) Conduct commercial negotiations and close deals Ensure reporting to senior management and provide insight on your market (Germany/Austria) to help generate leads and grow company revenue Be involved in the global company development and participate in strategic brainstorming and meetings

Required profile and skills:

Student (or graduate) in Marketing/Business German native speaker is required Good/fluent English Great interpersonal skills / ability to cold-call new leads Real motivation and ability for sales and commerce Organized / Great time management skills, Ability to multi-task Ability to analyze and make quick decisions Reliability and sense of responsibility Autonomous
