About the team and your challenge About the department: We are taking care of our clients who search office space, whether that’s by helping them to find their perfect office space or sending them a card to welcome them in their new office. Combining technology with human power, our Customer Services team is redefining service standards. We aim to provide the best customer service, that’s why we continuously invest in the newest technologies to foster our customer experience.

Werkzaamheden

  • • As a Customer Services Intern you represent our company by operating as the first point of contact for our customers via telephone and e-mail.;
  • • Together with the team you responsible to solve problems regarding bookings, enquiries, as well as specific issues about our platform and delivering the best customer service to our customers;
  • • Your job is to advise our customers in a personal way and you deliver high-quality service via our support platform;
  • • Responding to challenging questions from customers to property owners;
  • • Solving problems in a quick, unique and efficient way, by getting in touch with the right person or team;
  • • Always be two steps ahead;
  • • Multitasking and switch between several media;
  • • Handling all tasks in a social and confident manner.

Gewenste profiel

  • • Studying a subject relevant to the internship* (e.g. Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, Communication)
  • • Have a natural sense of customer needs
  • • Capable of finding efficient solutions
  • • Positive mindset and assertive
  • • Driven to learn every day
  • • Self-motivated and able to think creatively
  • • Communicative, enthusiastic and flexible
  • • You handle stress and pressure very well
  • • Team Player, but also capable of working independently
  • • Good communication and writing skills in Dutch and English
  • • You are available for a longer period than 3 months and as soon as possible and full-time (no research)
  • • Agree with an internship remuneration of €350 per month
