The intern will have the opportunity to learn more about the Payment Industry and Customer Services.</p> <p> The participant in this internship will help is fulfilling a role in the Payment Inquiry process.&nbsp; This means that the intern is responsible for answering incoming questions from direct customers of GlobalCollect and end consumers (customers that bought a product or service online). The intern will contribute to achieve the agreed Service Level Agreements for the processes within the team.</p> </div> <p> &nbsp;</p>

Werkzaamheden

  • Answering questions from customers & end consumers about online payments
  • Learn about GlobalCollect and it’s payment products & services
  • Performing any other duties as instructed by his/her team leader that fall within the scope of the department
  • Doing research in order to trace payments by checking bank statements or by contacting banks
  • Optimizing the operational and administrative processes by giving feedback on existing processes
  • Come up with ideas to make the process(es) more efficient
