The intern will be part of the International Customer Management (ICM) team within WOOX Innovations. WOOX Innovations specializes in the development, distribution and marketing of a wide range of consumer electronics products. The company's products – audio, headphones, video, home cinema, multimedia, home communications and accessories – reflect an ongoing commitment to meaningful innovation in connected entertainment. WOOX holds leading market positions under the Philips brand in key categories including audio systems, docking stations, sound bars, headphones and connected audio.
WOOX Innovations headquarters is based in Hong Kong and the ICM team is based in Amsterdam. From here we manage our key international retail partners (MSH, Carrefour, Auchan, DSG, etc), centrally supporting sales and also customer activation (e.g. customer meetings, customer events, shopper marketing, retail training)
The role will work on one key project and supports the team to develop the strongest possible customer- and shopper activation through appropriate concepts and content, to be activated internationally/locally.

Creating a product benchmark system (to base our price competiveness on)
Being an integral part of the ICM team, assisting all functions (ICM lead, International Key Account Managers, Shopper Marketing)
Gathering relevant insights per business line (Audio, Headphone, Tablet- and app-enabled products, Video & Home Cinema, Home Communications and Accessory)
Being part of the team, having visibility, showing authority in sales activation
Deliver best-in-class customer satisfaction throughout the internship
Bachelor HBO (BA) / Bachelor/Master WO (Bsc./Msc.) with next qualification(s): International Business Management, Marketing
English and preferably 2nd language (French, German, Spanish, other)
Passion for retail and shop floor (in-store experience is desirable)
Affinity to work with computers and quick learner of new IT programs
Good eye for details
Creative and analytical
Good communication skills
