I recently worked on developing an application using Java that facilitates everyday life by always offering users an up-to-date list of what is in their kitchen, what products starting to become expired as well as what needs to be bought. There are many solutions in the market already but my idea was to take a step further and with the help of modern technology introduce a new physical device into the user's home. I believe that in the future, the idea will also be sold in big stores like albert heijn, in order to be able to get information about purchased goods directly from the store.
