Are you ready to be a crucial part of our journey, and help us redefine what it means to relocate?

As our Operations Intern, you will contribute to optimizing our service in the communication field. You will be part of cross-departmental workflows, allowing you to explore the ins and outs of relocation services. Your unique perspective and ideas will be valued as you contribute to the development and execution of initiatives. Working in different positions will allow you to look into internal and external communication from various angles and provide insight into how these can be optimized. In these roles you will experience direct contact with the customer within the operations department, helping them relocate smoothly. You will take a step back from direct contact and assist in the 'bigger picture' of the relocation together with our Relocation Coordinators.

Werkzaamheden

What you'll be doing

  • Immerse yourself in the world of relocations, gaining insights into the processes and challenges associated with helping individuals transition seamlessly;
  • Cross-functional work within the operations department to become part of the International Mobility Agent (IMA) team and Relocation Coordinator (RC) team;
  • Being trained as an International Mobility Agent based on our 4 Level System, in which each level comes with greater responsibility and more advanced tasks;
  • By joining the Relocation Coordinator team you will gain insights into direct contact with the international hires and have a better understanding of the conveyance of our product to our client;
  • Be a part of different departments throughout the internship, gaining knowledge on internal and external communication;
  • We encourage you to share your thoughts and ideas. Your input is vital to our continuous growth and innovation;
  • Engage with clients and colleagues from various backgrounds and build meaningful connections that extend beyond the internship experience.

Gewenste profiel

What we're looking for

  • Ambitious HBO or WO student looking for a summertime or 4 to 5-month internship starting in January/February 2025;
  • Full-time (32 to 40 hour) availability;
  • Fluent in English.
