Werkzaamheden

New Business Responsibilities 

  • Support the EMEA Business Development team in managing and developing business opportunities across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. 
  • Handle and vet incoming new business requests; assist in preparing pitches. 
  • Track, report, and analyze data and performance metrics. 
  • Provide PA-level assistance to the EMEA New Business lead. 
  • Develop and implement new business processes and strategies. 
  • Support EMEA new business leads with various requests.

Resource Management Responsibilities 

  • Support the EMEA Resource Management team in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. 
  • Assist in scheduling, agenda setting, and operational process improvement. 
  • Support EMEA resource requests and maintain the RMP planning system. 
  • Contribute to transforming the RMP planning tool into a regional integrated tool, with close coordination with the development team. 
  • Optimize and roll out the internal skills tracking tool in EMEA, which is powered by AI. 
  • Monitor and analyze capacity and capabilities using Power BI. 
  • Support EMEA resource managers with various requests.

Gewenste profiel

  • Fluent in English with strong proficiency required; Dutch proficiency is an advantage but not essential. 
  • Currently enrolled in a business-related HBO/WO program. 
  • A proactive, hands-on, and flexible attitude. 
  • Strong organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills. 
  • Ability to work at a high pace and manage deadlines effectively. 
  • Proficient in Office 365 with academic-level writing skills. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team. 
  • Interest in data analysis, process improvement, and project management. 
  • Eager to learn, proactive, flexible, and a team player.
