Werkzaamheden

About the role

The HR internship provides a comprehensive learning experience in various aspects of HRM. As an HR Trainee within dit bedrijf, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different HR functions, including Compensation & Benefits, HR Compliance, HR Information Systems, Employee Relations, and Project Management.

Your responsibilities include

More specifically, you will be trained on:

• Visa and IND Arrangements: Handle the necessary documentation and processes for employee visas and IND arrangements.
• Processing Changes: Manage and update records for employee relocations, new bank accounts, promotions, salary increases, and other related documentation
• 30% Ruling Applications: Apply for and monitor the status of 30% ruling applications.
• HR Documentation: Draft and update HR agreements, letters, and other important documents.
• Referral Bonuses: Process referral bonuses efficiently and accurately.
• Employee Folder Maintenance: Keep employee folders organized, clean, and up to date.
• Filing Conversations and Warnings: File conversations and warnings in the appropriate employee folders.
• Process Documentation: Document and record HR processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Employer Statements: Create employer statements as required.
• Mailbox Management: Maintain and organize the HR mailbox, ensuring timely responses.
• Support HR Team: Assist your HR colleagues (two HR Advisors, the Payroll Specialist, and the Head of People & Culture) with various requests and tasks
• HR Projects: Collaborate on various HR projects, contributing to their success.

Gewenste profiel

What do we value in our candidates

• You are enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related HBO
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in English. In addition, Dutch language skills are highly preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a proactive attitude.
