We're seeking a passionate Customer & Market researcher for an Internship starting in July 2024. As a Customer & Market Researcher you help us gain detailed insight into the "pains and gains" of our current customers, with the goal of better understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for the Commercial and Product team. In addition, you will research potential new markets where our smart systems for reuse can be implemented.

Werkzaamheden

• Define a research setup together with the Commercial Lead to acquire the necessary data.
• Gather qualitative insights on the pains and gains of existing customers in relation to reuse in general and the experiences with our smart systems.
• Identify potential new customers and markets that fit our proposition.
• Gather qualitative insights on the needs and wants of foodservice businesses that are not (yet) our customers.
• Collect quantitative data, such as the actual costs of disposable items, from existing customers and potential new customers.
• Present recommendations based on the data to the Product and Commercial team.

Gewenste profiel

• (Studying for a) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Innovation or a related field.
• Workexperience in a role such as research analyst, marketing coordinator, or customer insights specialist.
• Proficiency in the collection, analysis and presentation of data in an organized manner.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry and within dynamic organizations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently.
