In our Amsterdam office, we help Dutch and international clients from diverse sectors in both B2C & B2B to tackle complex communication & PR challenges. We work together with major brands like …m, Microsoft, Unilever, Tinder, Samsung and PayPal – just to name a few. Thanks to constant effective teamwork between our communications strategy, digital and creative departments, we are leading in providing integrated communications and PR solutions. Our work ranges from providing specialist communications knowledge to extensive market research and insights and industry-leading creativity. Werkzaamheden

You will work on a variety of local and global clients, supporting the account team, on tasks, for example: ranging from

• Monitoring the news,
• Translating of press releases,
• In-depth research of companies and pressing media topics,
• Prospecting,
• Event support
• Supporting our product review team,
• Account management,
• Respond to various ad hoc requests with creativity and flexibility.

Gewenste profiel

What are your qualifications?

• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written),
• Passionate about corporate and brand communications and up to date on the latest news.,
• You are currently studying a communications/marketing related HBO/WO program,
• Minimum availability of 5 months full-time.,
• Proficient in Office 365 with academic-level writing skills,
• Proficient across media channels – print publications, websites, television, radio, social media.

Wat bieden wij

What can you expect from us?

As an Edelman-intern with us you will be given plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to get a comprehensive taste of different clients and challenges (both internal and external). You will receive 1:1 mentorship and skills training. You get access to a global network, fostering collaboration and innovation across different markets. Many of our consultants started as Edelman-interns before progressing into successful roles for international clients. Our internship fee is € 500 gross per month for a 40-hour week.
