As dit bedrijf, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Events Intern to help promote our cutting-edge quantum control stacks for industrial-scale quantum computers. In this role, you will be at the heart of organizing and managing exciting events that showcase our pioneering technologies.

Werkzaamheden

As an Events Intern at dit bedrijf, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing exceptional events that spotlight our groundbreaking quantum technologies. Your responsibilities will encompass:

● Helping desk research in contribution to overall event design (such as branding, finding the venue/platform, planning, registration, sponsorships, etc)

● Play a crucial role in setting up and running in-person events. From organizing details to providing live support, you’ll make sure everything goes smoothly.

● Keep an eye on how well our events are doing and manage budgets to ensure we stay on track and make the most of our resources.

Gewenste profiel

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Event Management, or any related fields!

● Flexible, proactive, and eager to tackle challenges with creative solutions

● Client-focused with excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

● Passionate about high-tech innovations and quantum technology

● Available for a full-time internship lasting 6 months, with a preferable starting date in September

● Charismatic, enthusiastic, outgoing

● Fluency in Professional English

● Advanced user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)

● Excellent communication skills, resourcefulness, creativity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

● Ability to work from our beautiful, energetic office in Delft

Compensation: A monthly internship compensation of €600 (based on full-time hours).
