Do you want to come on board? As an Intercruises Trainee, you will be part of a young and motivated multinational team and involved directly in our day-to-day business and current projects.
You will gain valuable knowledge and exciting experiences across our various operations at ports around the Netherlands. This will be a “hands on” assignment giving you the opportunity to actively contribute to the success of our business.

Werkzaamheden

  • Update suppliers on confirmed bookings and send all relevant information ahead of guest arrival.  
  • Book Tour Directors and Guides as per requirements for each operational day and ensure all relevant documentation is created and shared.
  • Work closely with the Port Operations Manager and Agents by providing all relevant feedback obtained during operation. 
  • Develop and maintain Tour Directors feedback document to ensure consistent development and improvement. 
  • Ensure operation changes are managed to the detail and last-minute changes or requests are fulfilled.

Gewenste profiel

  • Currently enrolled in a course in commerciële economie or Business Management or related;
  • You are willing to dedicate a minimum of 4 months of your internship;
  • You have a driver's licence to drive a car.
  • High level of English. Every other language is definitely a plus – especially German.
  • You enjoy working in a multinational environment and being part of a team;
  • You are flexible and do not mind working long days, early starts or weekends;
  • Motivation to learn and develop your career in the travel industry with geographical mobility;
  • Organized and with a high sense of responsibility;
  • Customer service attitude and passion for service excellence;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Proactive;
  • Microsoft office user;
  • The position will be subject to the right to work in the Netherlands.
