We are looking for a proactive and social Office Coordinator Intern to join our team in our headquarters in Amsterdam. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration and coordination of company events while contributing to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Werkzaamheden

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT dit bedrijf

  • Assist with day-to-day office operations, including managing incoming mail, employee requests and being the first point of contact for our landlord.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place new orders as needed, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement.
  • Maintain a clean and stocked kitchen for our employees.
  • Support your manager, the Global Workplaces Manager, with arrangements in other European offices of dit bedrijf.
  • Assist the organisation and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and ensuring logistics arrangements are in place. These events can be online and/or offline.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, invoices handling, filing, and document organisation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to help cross-functional initiatives and projects.
  • Help colleagues with sending out mail and packages. 
  • Provide general administrative HR support to the team as needed.

Gewenste profiel

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bubbly, social personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You don’t shy away from approaching people to welcome them, or give them feedback related to office matters.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Office Management, Hospitality, Event Management, or other related studies.
  • You like to keep things organized and have eye for details.
  • Business level fluent English both verbally and in writing. Dutch would be a plus for this position.
  • Experience with GoogleSuite (documents, sheets and slides).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Daily work at the office at van Diemenstraat 292 in Amsterdam. If you live in Amsterdam that would be preferable.
  • Positive attitude and eager to learn.
