We are an EduTech SME (MKB) with 40FTE with a global impact. We develop online learning technology for universities worldwide, disrupting the educational and publishing industries with state of the art online learning solutions. Our client base consists of 200+ universities (mainly business schools) from which 80% is located in the UK and the Netherlands and 20% all around the globe in countries such as China, Dubai (and entire Middle East), USA, Canada, Iceland, Maldives, Switzerland, Ghana and many more).

Our The Hague based team consist of highly motivated account managers, game instructors, sales representatives, foreign agents and frontend / backend developers. Our company culture’s characteristics are: informal, fast, young, sometimes nerdy and all other assumptions fitting a 21st century IT company.

Werkzaamheden

Your main task will be to support the Operations team. But we also like you to be involved in all stages of the customer journey - from marketing and sales to operations and instructing users on location. If covid allows, this involves traveling abroad as well as deskwork. Your responsibilities and tasks are mainly to support the 3 teams:

Support operations team:

·        Give instruction presentations to students about how to use our management simulations (on campus in the UK or over Zoom).

·        Host Q&A sessions with students over Zoom.

·        Manage the student helpdesk.

Support marketing team

·        Support our marketing manager wherever needed (updating the website, desk research, market analysis, etc.).

Support Sales team

·        Joining sales meetings abroad or over Zoom.

Gewenste profiel

·        You are an undergraduate (HBO) or post graduate (WO) student.

·        Your main subject is business (eg. IBMS, IBL Commercial Economics, Marketing, MER).

·        Good communicator (we practice and support a personal approach to our customers).

·        You are Dutch speaking but you are alsof fluent in English, written and verbal. 

·        You have good presentation skills, you’re not (too) afraid of talking in front of large audiences.

·        Have some affinity with IT / web-based related products.

·        You like traveling abroad.

·        You are proactive and punctual.
