As a Marketing Intern, you’ll be part of the Shop & Retention team. Within this job, it’s your responsibility to support the team by providing the right content to our members at the right time, while focusing on platform & CRM performance to support some decision-making moments. Werkzaamheden

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

• Making sure the platform looks perfect - visually and technically and makes for a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with the CRM Specialist on email marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Executing the team's strategy around promos and commercial calendar:
• Supporting with weekly reviews of customised landing pages, to inform relevant stakeholders of the performance
• Improving customer online shopping experience on collections
• Working closely with different departments to gain a broad understanding of the business, including marketing, partnerships, pricing, and B2B marketplace
• Excelling in a fast-paced and exciting environment, simultaneously managing multiple initiatives required for platform & CRM optimisation and expansion.
• Staying up to date and deep diving into the latest trends, making sure our commercial moments are on point.
• Enjoying breaking growth records together (often!) and celebrating them with the amazing Shop & Retention team

Gewenste profiel

To join us for an internship you need to be:

• Enrolled at a University in the Netherlands (for the entirety of your internship)
• Studying a relevant degree for the internship
• Available from February - June/July for 32 - 40 hours per week
• Living within a 1-hour one-way commute from our Houthavens office (ideally)
• Flexible, curious, open-to-learn, tech-savvy, open for a challenge... with a great sense of humour!
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!)
