We’re looking for a Growth Marketing intern. At Tap, we’re all about trying new channels and scaling them through experimentation. Your mission? Get more drivers charging with us.

Werkzaamheden

What you’ll be doing

• Learn the ins and outs of our Marketing channels. You’ll audit always-on campaigns, make sure they’re running smoothly and find ways to improve them. In no time, you’ll be on top of metrics like CTR, CR and CPA.
• SEO optimisation. Steered by your research, you’ll create new, useful content for the website, tweak existing pages and win backlinks to grow our rankings.
• Supported by our Growth Lead, you’ll get to plan, set up, track and report back on your growth experiments across organic and paid channels.
• While you wait for your results, you’ll work on building our growth engine like automating processes, reporting and creating content that gets more people into the funnel.

Gewenste profiel

About you

• You have C2-proficiency in Dutch and English
• You have working rights in the Netherlands
• You’ve dabbled in copywriting – you know your audience and wrangled character count, without losing the meaning of the original text
• You regularly come up with new content ideas and ways to improve what's onsite
• Keen analytical skills, you can bring different data sets together and find insights for your next set of experiments
• You’re known for your attention to detail
• You can work on your own, but also involve others in what you do
• It goes without saying that you’re keen to learn and like to build

Nice to haves

• Experience working with marketing channels like ASO, SEO, CRM and CPC – you’ll get exposure to across most of our channels so previous experience is a plus!
• You’ve flirted with startups in the past and enjoy working in this environment.
