WLPayments (WLP) is a fast-growing, innovative FinTech & E-Commerce startup based in Amsterdam & Delhi. We are looking for a creative and E-Commerce-savvy person to join our Amsterdam team as our Business Development Intern. During the Internship, you will work directly with our Sales and Development teams to understand the WL Payments solutions and our potential customers.

Werkzaamheden

Provide support with:

• Interesting discussions and thoughts on paper and apply them as articles or blogs
• Develop a prospective customer’s contact database
• Approaching prospects – Cold Calling and Emails
• Consultative selling & Proposals
• Negotiate on pricing and services
• Use platforms like LinkedIn in making appointments

Gewenste profiel

Requirements:

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills
• High level of energy and commitment
• Interest in learning within the fintech industry
• Prior experience working in an E-commerce space is a plus
