About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused HR Technology Intern to join our team in supporting HR systems, data analytics, and process automation projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with leading HR platforms, contribute to digital transformation efforts, and play a role in enhancing the overall employee lifecycle experience.

Werkzaamheden

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with setting up, testing, and maintaining dit bedrijf’s HR system (SuccessFactors). 
• Contribute to the creation of process documentation and user guides for HR System workflows. 
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new HR Technology implementation and upgrades 
• Collaborate with HR, IT and other stakeholders to improve system functionality and user experience. 
• Support the team by creating and reviewing reports to help with HR planning and decision making.

Gewenste profiel

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Information System, Business or a related field (or a recent graduate) 
• Interest in HR Technology, systems and data analytics. 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau. 
• Excellent attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
