As a Benelux Intern, you will be an indispensable link within our team, supporting our Category Managers and Retail teams. Your tasks will be diverse and challenging!

Werkzaamheden

•    Category Support: o    Collecting relevant category market information and identifying market opportunities. o    Performing white space analyses and prospect identification in conjunction with the CM. o    Writing out notes, to-do's, and follow-ups from internal meetings. o    Updating contact lists with information from licensees. o    Securing new product images for NLC Product Catalogues. o    Creating bi-weekly agendas with CM's and sharing them with WBD prior to meetings. o    Supporting in preparing schedules for company or client visits. o    Supporting in preparing schedules for fairs (meetings, agendas, transports, hotel, showcases, invites and lists).

•    Retail Support: o    Conducting retail store checks and reporting. o    Creating and maintaining retail one-pagers for key retailers.

•    General Support: o    Assisting in arranging samples for premieres. o    Booking office/work related lunch/dinner/meeting rooms. o    Supporting with practical matters when visits from licensors or the Copenhagen office occur. o    Supporting during the annual Benelux summit.

Gewenste profiel

We are looking for an intern who:

•    Is currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., Commercial Economics, Marketing, Business Administration). •    Is proactive, accurate, organized, and accountable. •    Has strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (verbal and written). •    Has an affinity for brands, entertainment, and consumer products. •    Can work independently and shows initiative. •    Is proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
