Dit bedrijf is growing faster than we imagined: now served in 100+ cafés and expanding internationally. We’re looking for our first-ever intern to help tell the story of what’s happening: behind the bar and behind the brand.

You’ll be part of everything: creating and posting content, visiting cafés to capture atmosphere, and building small human stories around the people who make it. You’ll help set up our TikTok, make short videos and photos, write captions, and support community management.

Important: this role suits someone with strong visual taste who can create aesthetically compelling content independently. Think warm natural light, candid café moments, clean composition, subtle film grain, minimal styling, yet always human. We’ll share references and guardrails, but you should be able to spot, shoot, and shape beauty on your own.

Werkzaamheden

• Create aesthetic, story-driven content that reflects the world of dit bedrijf from behind the bar to behind the brand.
• Visit cafés to capture authentic moments and the people who bring dit bedrijf to life.
• Help translate our brand into visuals, words, and motion across social channels, newsletters, and partnerships.
• Support with community engagement and day-to-day brand activities.

Gewenste profiel

• A creative all-rounder (Branding / Communication / Media / Design)
• Visually strong: you shoot, edit, and understand framing/lighting
• Comfortable in Canva/CapCut or Adobe (Premiere/Lightroom)
• Self-driven—no step-by-step needed; you bring ideas and ship them
• Into café culture, storytelling, and doing things with purpose
