We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Service Intern to join our team and help us grow while delivering an amazing customer experience. In this role, you’ll support sales outreach, follow up with leads, assist with onboarding new customers, and help manage customer requests through email, phone, and WhatsApp. You’ll work closely with the founders/team, learn how a fast-growing business operates, and gain real hands-on experience in sales, communication, and customer success.

Werkzaamheden

• Support sales outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
• Follow up with leads and schedule calls/meetings
• Help onboard new customers and explain the service
• Handle customer questions via email, phone, and WhatsApp
• Assist with resolving issues and tracking open requests
• Update CRM and keep customer data organized
• Support weekly reporting (leads, conversions, customer feedback)
• Help improve sales scripts and customer support templates
