We develop online learning technology for universities worldwide, working closely with business schools to improve how students learn decision making, strategy, and real world skills through simulations and AI supported learning tools.
Our client base includes more than 300 academic institutions, mainly in the UK and the Netherlands, with additional partners across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.
Our team in The Hague consists of account managers, marketing and sales professionals, game instructors, developers, and international partners. Our company culture is informal, fast paced, curious, and sometimes a bit nerdy. We value ownership, flexibility, and learning by doing.
Werkzaamheden
Responsibilities
What will you do?
As a Marketing and Sales Support Intern, you will primarily support the Marketing team while also being involved in Sales activities. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and contribute to both day to day execution and longer term strategic projects.
You will be involved in multiple stages of the customer journey, from awareness and content creation to lead generation and sales support.
Marketing
• Support the Marketing Manager with ongoing campaigns and content planning • Help create and manage content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and the website • Conduct desk research and market analysis on universities, competitors, and trends • Support CRM related work such as list building, segmentation, and data organisation • Assist with webinars, online events, and follow up campaigns
Sales
• Support sales preparations and follow up activities • Join sales meetings online • Help research target institutions and decision makers • Support coordination between marketing and sales activities
Gewenste profiel
Who are we looking for?
• You are enrolled in an HBO or WO programme at bachelor or master level • You study business, marketing, commercial economics, international business, or a related field • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal. Native level is a plus • You are organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure • You are comfortable working on multiple tasks at the same time • You take responsibility and can work independently • You have affinity with digital tools, online platforms, and technology driven products • Proficiency in Dutch is a plus
