Hi everyone! We're looking for an intern that would be our Onboarding Specialist (24–32h/week) at dit bedrijf to support the onboarding of international mental health professionals who will start working with Dutch mental health organizations.

Werkzaamheden

In this role, you will help coordinate onboarding processes, collect and manage documentation, prepare contracts, and ensure professionals can start their work smoothly. It’s a great opportunity to gain experience in HR administration, onboarding, payroll coordination, and international recruitment within a mission-driven organization.

📍 Hybrid work (mostly online + 2 days/week in Utrecht, Amsterdam, or Barcelona) 🕒 24–32 hours per week 🎓 Suitable for HBO/WO students (HR, Business, International Business, Organizational Psychology, etc.) 🌍 English required (Dutch is a plus)

Gewenste profiel

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a (Dutch) HBO or WO programme, for example in HRM, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in HR administration, onboarding processes, and payroll or secondment constructions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required) and ideally also in Dutch
• Accurate, structured, and detail-oriented working style
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable following up on administrative processes
• Able to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously
• Comfortable working with in constantly adapting conditions of administrative processes
• Affinity with mental health, international professionals, and intercultural work is an advantage
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, mission-driven organisation
