Taakomschrijving

A student can gain experience at a Service Department like Service Success Management. In addition to our current customers who already have an assigned Service Manager, we would like to have Service Success Management for all our customers. Therefore we would like to set up a Service Success Management Support (Service Management light) role. Service Management Support can be the point of contact & "face" for all Dutch customers on a remote basis.

Werkzaamheden

  • first point of contact, after delivery, for questions and support for all Dutch customers
  • Escalation point for urgent issues and / or structural issues
  • Sending notifications of planned work / planned changes [Request For Changes (RFCs)]
  • Preparing and sending Performance reports (# tickets per category, turnaround times, explanation of details) in local langue.
  • Calculate and send over-consumption towards our customers
  • Registration & Follow-up of Complaints
  • Maintaining CRM (contact details, services per customer, internal stakeholders per customer, etc.) participation in internal projects

Gewenste profiel

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and word
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written
  • Basic knowledge of software
  • HBO workethic and thinking
