THE ROLE

At our company we value our team and culture above all else. During your internship you will have a dedicated project to focus on. It is our time t set sail for the future, we will ask you to write our Staff Benefit Plan. This way you can make a lasting impact on our internal culture and its people for the years to come.

YOUR INTERNSHIP GOAL

Your goal within this internship is to write our staff benefit plan. One of the elements of our vision is, among other things, to make our staff really part of the company. This is also one of our core values. We do this by, for example, letting employees share in the annual profit. It will be up to you to create a plan which is crystal clear, encouraging and connected with the values of our company. You will assist the Managing Director on various tasks as well.
