Would you like to work at the biggest and most beautiful hostel in Den Haag?\ Come join our Pink Flamingo nest!

We are the newest hostel in the city which is expanding like there is no tomorrow! That means we are looking for our newest member ASAP!

Werkzaamheden

• Checking in and checking out guests. You will likely be the first and last person the guests will interact.

• You can adapt yourself depending on the guests needs keeping a friendly and polite approach.

• You have a suitable answer for every question that helps our guests further.

• You multitask all day long. You know how to perform and prioritize different activities at the same time.

• You keep an overview of all reservations in our hostel and prepare as much as possible beforehand.

• You take phone calls and answer emails. So always in touch;

• You are flexible regarding your day-to-day activities;

• You help in all areas necessary (reception, housekeeping if needed, etc.)

Gewenste profiel

• Weekend availability and flexibility for morning/afternoon and evening shifts;

• Experience as a front office (not mandatory);

• Current hotel management/hospitality student;

• Preferable knowledge of OTAs and PMSs;

• Fluency in English. Dutch and other languages are a plus.

• You are a hands-on professional with the highest working standards;

• You can work fast and efficiently on your own;

• You are aware of what has to be done and goes beyond that;

• You understand the meaning of team work and are communicative;
